Our vegetable oils for human consumption
The classic sunflower oil
has a neutral taste and smell, is rich in Omega 6 (linoleic acid) and vitamin E (endogenous), which has antioxidant properties. It is used in many culinary recipes.
High oleic sunflower oil
has a high oleic acid content, at least 80%. Also known as high oleic sunflower oil, it is more resistant and stable at high temperatures for a longer period of time. It is particularly suitable for cooking and frying.
Rapeseed oil
combines nutritional benefits and technical specifications for a healthy diet: it’s rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and Omega 3, with a balanced ratio of Omega 6 and Omega 3, and also rich in vitamin E (endogenous). With its neutral taste, it is the ideal oil for sauces and cooking.
