We provide farmers and animal feed producers with a range of rapeseed and sunflower groats with protein concentrations between 28% and 46%. Our offer promotes a range of non-GMO proteins (non genetically modified).

The vegetable protein marketed by Expur is an economically viable alternative to soybean grouts, widely used today as feed for dairy cows and fattening.

The animal feed products are derived from crushing oilseeds by pressing and then extracting the oil. We focus on the quality of the groats, which is the solid part of crushed rapeseeds and sunflower seeds, offering multiple benefits for animal feed: 

The development of biodiesel production from rapeseed and sunflower, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transport, has led to a consistent increase in vegetable protein production for animals in the form of oilseed groats.

For every ton of biodiesel produced, 1.5 tons of rapeseed or sunflower groats are also obtained. Thus, we have developed our range of vegetable proteins for animal feed in parallel with biodiesel production.

For a balanced diet, groats are used, alongside other cereals and green fodder, as a raw feed material in food rations for all types of animal farms: cows, pigs and poultry.
